Perinatal care for the mamas - providing nurturing support through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transitions surrounding birth.

Massage Therapy
Nurturing and restorative full body massage provided to support your current needs.
Long, fluid, rhythmic strokes designed to support mobility, invite ease into the nervous system, and deepen connection with the body and senses.
May include traditional Hawaiian lomilomi massage, craniosacral therapy, buccal / intra-oral, polarity therapy, myofascial release, abdominal massage, and kua lua (Hawaiian back walking massage).
Somatic Face Sculpting
A combination of somatic healing therapy with a therapeutic sculptural facial.
Lymphatic drainage techniques and facial massage to assist softening asymmetry, support balance, and replenish authentic radiance.
Prenatal Massage
75 and 90 minute treatments to support ease and comfort throughout pregnancy and to restore and rebalance the body postpartum. Each session is personalized to nurture your changing needs, promote relaxation, and help you feel grounded and cared for.
Postpartum Massage
75, 90, or 120 minute treatment to restore and rebalance the body postpartum. Focusing on recovery and reconnecting to the body post birth. Abdominal massage may be included for warming and releasing trauma or held tension.
Doula Services
Nourishment, advocacy, guidance, presence, and continuity of care during birth and integration. Includes four prenatal appointments to support with preparation and clarifying needs for birth. On-call support starting at 35 weeks, full presence during labor, and two 90 min body treatments of your choice leading up to birth.
Includes:
Prenatal appointments to prepare for birth, massage therapy, herbal teas and healing remedies before / after labor, meal preparation postpartum, and optional placenta encapsulation.
